Feasibility of using the UDS v3.0 T-cog longitudinally to identify perioperative neurocognitive disorders in older adults
This feasibility study examines whether the UDS v3.0 Brief Cognitive Status examination can be effectively used as a longitudinal assessment tool to detect perioperative neurocognitive dysfunction in older surgical patients. The research addresses a clinical gap in identifying postoperative cognitive impairment using standardized neuropsychological instruments.
