Students' Experiences of Living with ADHD at University: A Meta-Ethnography
This meta-ethnographic synthesis of 25 qualitative studies (2000-2023) examines how ADHD affects university students' academic performance, social interactions, and overall well-being, with prevalence estimated at approximately 16%. Findings reveal common struggles with organization, time management, and focus, alongside challenges with university transitions and insufficient generic accommodations, while highlighting that tailored support and peer programs significantly enhance academic success.
