ADHD Symptoms and Intelligence in Children with Cerebral Palsy: A Case-Control Study

This case-control study of 66 children (6-18 years) found ADHD significantly more prevalent in cerebral palsy (CP) patients (36.4%) than controls (9.1%), often presenting with predominantly inattentive symptoms. Children with both CP and ADHD showed lower intelligence scores and more severe motor disability compared to those with CP alone.
