The role of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in workplace accidents: An emergency department perspective

A prospective cross-sectional study assessed 205 adults presenting with workplace accidents using the ASRS v1.1 scale to evaluate ADHD potential. Contrary to expectations, the ADHD-Potential group showed lower median accident severity compared to the ADHD-Unlikely group, with no significant difference in accident likelihood between groups.
