A systematic review of 46 studies examined whether bisphenol A (BPA) exposure is associated with ADHD and behavioral problems in children, using rigorous quality assessment and GRADE methodology. The authors found insufficient evidence linking BPA to ADHD, with most included studies failing to establish clear associations and exhibiting high bias risk, and call for improved future research designs.
