Group Psychomotor Therapy Improves Socio-Emotional and Motor Competence in Preschool Children With and Without ADHD

A 27-week group psychomotor therapy program improved both motor and social-emotional competence in 54 preschool children (19 with ADHD, 35 without), though children without ADHD showed higher baseline scores across measures. The study demonstrates that inclusive, physically-active interventions benefit neurodevelopmental outcomes in both typically developing children and those with ADHD.
