Teletherapy and Medication Management of ADHD with Comorbid Internalizing Symptoms and Suicidality During COVID-19

Case report of an 11-year-old with ADHD, anxiety, and depression who developed OCD and suicidal ideation, treated with evidence-based pharmacotherapy (atomoxetine, fluoxetine) and cognitive behavioral therapy. The case illustrates clinical challenges in managing complex comorbid psychiatric presentations in children during the pandemic, including medication adjustments and teletherapy modifications.
