Validity of Farsi Translations of SRS-2 and SCQ Screening Tools for Autism Spectrum Disorder

This clinical study validated two autism screening questionnaires (SRS-2 and SCQ) in Farsi by comparing 52 children with ASD to 53 typically developing children aged 4-12 years. Both tools showed strong diagnostic accuracy (ROC areas of 0.976 and 0.953 respectively) and positive correlations with established autism diagnostic scales.
