Assessment of Comprehensive Autism Care Provided by Polish Primary Healthcare Physicians: A Parental Perspective Study

This study surveyed parents of autistic children in Poland to evaluate the quality of care from primary healthcare physicians, finding that over 80% of physicians failed to identify developmental difficulties and only 22% of parents felt comfortable discussing their child's challenges with their doctor. The research highlights significant gaps in autism care delivery across Polish primary healthcare and calls for immediate systemic improvements.
