Gender Diversity, Gender Dysphoria/Incongruence, and Autism Spectrum Disorders: Updated Scoping Review (2018-2024)

This scoping review synthesizes 99 empirical studies published between September 2018 and January 2024 examining the intersection of autism spectrum disorders with gender diversity and gender dysphoria. The review documents growing quantity and quality of research in this field while identifying persistent methodological limitations and areas requiring further investigation.
