An Integrated Treatment Approach for Bipolar II Disorder: A Clinical Case Study

A case study of a patient initially diagnosed with postpartum depression who developed hypomanic symptoms after antidepressant treatment, leading to correct diagnosis of bipolar II disorder. Integrated treatment combining mood-stabilizing medication, CBT, DBT, psychoeducation, and lifestyle interventions resulted in sustained mood stabilization and improved functioning.
