A preliminary analysis of large muscle group movements in adults with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

StudiuADHDÎncredere bună

This study compared large muscle group movements during sleep in 21 adults with ADHD and 25 healthy controls using full-night polysomnographic recordings. Results showed that during non-REM sleep, ADHD participants had lower large muscle group movement indices compared to controls, and serum ferritin levels were significantly lower in the ADHD group with inverse correlations to certain movement patterns.
