Clinical Management Recommendations for Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder

This expert consensus study used a validated Delphi methodology to develop evidence-based recommendations for clinical management of ADHD in adults, with a panel of 15 specialists reaching agreement on 93% of proposed statements. The recommendations address key areas including diagnostic barriers, treatment approaches, and structured multidisciplinary care aimed at improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
