This study examined relationships between sensory reactivity, repetitive behaviors, motor balance, and autism severity in 125 children with ASD, analyzing how gender and medication use moderated these patterns. Girls showed greater sensory reactivity and better balance; boys exhibited more compulsive and ritualistic behaviors, with medication use correlating to higher sensory reactivity and autism severity.
