Instruments assessing mobility of children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder: A systematic review and decision map

This systematic review identified and evaluated 11 standardized instruments used to assess mobility in autistic children and adolescents, analyzing their psychometric properties and evidence quality using COSMIN and GRADE frameworks. The review distinguishes between performance and capacity assessment tools, providing clinicians with an evidence-based decision map for selecting appropriate mobility assessment instruments.
