This case report documents a 28-year-old physician with comorbid ASD level 1, temporal lobe epilepsy, generalized anxiety disorder, and major depressive disorder, highlighting sensory hyper-reactivity and seizure triggers related to sensory/social overload. The report demonstrates that individuals with complex neurodevelopmental comorbidities can achieve professional success through multidisciplinary treatment and functional adaptation strategies, advocating for greater neuro-inclusion in academic and medical settings.
