Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo in Patients with Mild Traumatic Brain Injury: A Multidisciplinary Study

A prospective cohort study of 156 mild TBI patients found a 12.8% incidence of trauma-related BPPV, with female sex and high-energy trauma as significant risk factors. Patients were assessed using standardized vestibular diagnostic tests and followed up at one month post-diagnosis.
