Single Treatment With MM120 (Lysergide) in Generalized Anxiety Disorder: A Randomized Clinical Trial

A phase 2b randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial evaluated single-dose lysergide (MM120) at 25–200 µg in 198 adults with moderate to severe generalized anxiety disorder across 22 US outpatient sites.
