Simultaneous Bilateral Femoral Neck Fractures in a Pediatric Patient Caused by Epileptic Convulsions: A Case Report

A 13-year-old boy with epilepsy sustained simultaneous bilateral femoral neck fractures during an epileptic seizure, marking the first reported case of this injury pattern in pediatric epilepsy literature. The fractures were successfully treated with closed reduction, internal fixation, and ultrasound therapy, with bone union confirmed at 6 months, highlighting the importance of screening for fractures in children with post-seizure complaints.
