StudiuSindrom DownÎncredere bună

This cross-sectional study of 52 parents assessed quality of life in children with trisomy 21 using standardized PedsQL measures, finding significant impact on family functioning (mean score ~55/100). Physical functioning was highest-rated while school functioning was lowest; reduced muscle tone negatively affected multiple QoL domains, with girls reporting better school functioning.
