Down syndrome child with multiple heart diseases: A case report

A 13-year-old boy with Down syndrome presented with atrial septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus, and severe pulmonary hypertension, confirmed by electrocardiogram and echocardiography. Despite medical recommendation for surgical intervention, the patient and family declined treatment and were discharged; clinical status remained stable over 6 months of follow-up.
