Microgranular Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia in a Patient with Down Syndrome

This case report documents the presentation and management of a rare subtype of acute promyelocytic leukemia in a Down syndrome patient. The report highlights increased cancer susceptibility in Down syndrome and relevant clinical considerations for diagnosis and treatment.
