Morgagni Hernia in Down Syndrome: A Case Report

Morgagni hernia is a rare congenital diaphragmatic hernia that is associated with Down syndrome and other congenital abnormalities. This case report describes a Down syndrome patient presenting with acute respiratory distress diagnosed with Morgagni hernia via computed tomography, highlighting the importance of including this condition in differential diagnosis.
