Atlantoaxial Subluxation in a 10-Year-Old Girl With Down Syndrome: A Case Report

This case report describes a 10-year-old girl with Down syndrome presenting with abnormal gait and ataxia caused by atlantoaxial subluxation, a known complication resulting from ligament laxity and odontoid dysplasia. The condition was surgically managed after diagnosis through imaging.
