Progress in Concussion and Traumatic Brain Injury Science: A 40-Year Clinical Review

This special communication reviews how knowledge and clinical practice regarding concussion and traumatic brain injury have evolved over four decades, examining advances in understanding pathophysiology, recovery mechanisms, and long-term outcomes.
