This study validated the Bengali translation of the World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0 (WHODAS 2.0) in 144 individuals with spinal cord injury, demonstrating acceptable reliability and validity across most domains through comprehensive psychometric testing including test-retest reliability and convergent validity measures. The tool showed internal consistency ranging from questionable to excellent across domains, supporting its clinical use in resource-limited settings, though further validation with larger samples is recommended.
