Brain Perfusion Patterns in Adults with Down Syndrome Along the Alzheimer's Disease Continuum

This study investigates cerebral perfusion (blood flow) abnormalities in adult individuals with Down syndrome across the Alzheimer's disease spectrum using neuroimaging techniques. The research addresses the elevated Alzheimer's disease risk in Down syndrome populations and characterizes vascular changes that may precede cognitive decline.
