This systematic review examined 138 clinical trials registered on ClinicalTrials.gov targeting individuals with Down syndrome, identifying primary intervention areas including motor functioning, cognition, Alzheimer's disease, sleep, and adaptive daily living skills. The analysis found substantial increases in the number and variety of trials post-INCLUDE project, revealing both research priorities and gaps across multiple health domains.
