The risk of psychosis associated with cannabis use by people with ADHD: A systematic review

This systematic review examined three studies investigating whether people with ADHD face heightened psychosis risk from cannabis use, given that both conditions independently increase psychosis risk. Current evidence suggests cannabis may not disproportionately elevate psychosis risk specifically in people with ADHD compared to the general population, though the authors note substantial gaps in the literature warrant additional research.
