This study examined how mild TBI history affects the relationship between attentional bias (vigilance and avoidance to emotional stimuli) and depressive, anxiety, and stress symptoms in two community samples. Results indicated that TBI moderated the association between attentional vigilance and emotional symptoms, suggesting differential emotional processing patterns in individuals with prior head injury.
