Protocol for Development of an Evidence-Based Rapid Readiness Screen for Cognitive Impairment

This study describes methodology for developing multimodal rapid screening tests to assess cognitive readiness in military and sports contexts, targeting detection of impairments from concussive/subconcussive injury, sleep deprivation, and intoxication. The proposed tools aim to be sensitive, reliable, and practical across diverse settings including field environments and clinics.
