StudiuADHDÎncredere înaltă

This study validated PROMIS sleep disturbance and sleep-related impairment measures in 341 early adolescents (ages 10-12), comparing those with and without ADHD diagnoses. Adolescents with ADHD showed significantly higher sleep disturbance and impairment scores, with higher melatonin use rates; sleep problems were consistently associated with elevated anxiety and depressive symptoms across both self and parent reports.
