Prima Coexistenţă Raportată a Gingivitei cu Celule Plasmatice și Scleroza Multiplă: Un Raport de Caz

This case report documents the first known occurrence of plasma cell gingivitis (a rare benign oral inflammatory condition characterized by dense plasma cell infiltration) in a patient with long-standing, well-controlled multiple sclerosis. A 26-year-old woman with a 9-year MS history presented with gingival pain and bleeding; biopsy confirmed PCG diagnosis, and the patient responded to corticosteroid mouthwash treatment.
