Clinical Validity of Integrated Visual and Auditory Continuous Performance Test in Identifying ADHD

This study evaluated the IVA-2 CPT, a computerized assessment measuring visual and auditory attention in children aged 6+, comparing its ability to discriminate ADHD from control groups against other established tests. The IVA-2 CPT demonstrated good discriminant validity (AUC 0.76-0.82), outperforming the CATA and performing comparably to the CPT-3.
