Network Pharmacology and Experimental Investigation of Xiaoer Huanglong Granule's Multi-target Neurotransmitter Effects in ADHD

This study combines network pharmacology with behavioral and molecular analyses to investigate how Xiaoer Huanglong Granule, a China-approved traditional Chinese herbal formulation, may address ADHD through targeting multiple neurotransmitter-related pathways. Six bioactive compounds and five target proteins were identified through computational and experimental methods, with behavioral tests showing efficacy improvements in animal models.
