Clock Drawing Test as a Cognitive Decline Screening Tool in Brazilian Adults and Elderly: Diagnostic Performance Analysis

This study evaluated the Clock Drawing Test's ability to detect cognitive decline in 113 adults and older adults from Northeastern Brazil, examining its performance across different ages, education levels, and clinical diagnoses. Using established scoring methods and statistical analyses, the research assessed the test's sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy for identifying cognitive impairment and differentiating diagnostic conditions.
