Fussy Eating and Anxiety in Children with ADHD: A Case Control Correlation Study

This case-control study examined the relationship between anxiety and fussy eating behaviors in 45 children with ADHD compared to 45 matched controls using parent and child rating scales. Results showed that among children with ADHD, food fussiness correlated with obsessive-compulsive symptoms rather than general anxiety, while satiety responsiveness and emotional undereating correlated with ADHD symptoms.
