Efficacy of an Unguided Digital Intervention for Adults With ADHD: A Randomized Controlled Trial
A German multicenter randomized controlled trial (n=307) evaluated an app-based digital intervention combined with treatment-as-usual versus treatment-as-usual alone for adults with ADHD. The intervention group showed significantly greater improvements in health-related quality of life at 12 weeks (d=0.54) and secondary outcomes including ADHD symptom severity and anxiety/depression symptoms, despite low overall adherence rates.
