Implementation outcomes of video-observed oral fluid self-collection for drug testing in substance use disorder treatment: a pilot study

StudiuAdicțiiÎncredere bună

This pilot study evaluated the acceptability, feasibility, and usability of video-observed oral fluid self-collection for remote drug screen monitoring in substance use disorder treatment across outpatient and residential settings. Results showed the approach was generally acceptable, appropriate, and feasible (scores exceeding 3.0 threshold), though system usability scores were below average and variable, suggesting potential for refinement in real-world implementation.
