Quality and Reliability of Down Syndrome Educational Videos on TikTok and Bilibili: A Cross-Sectional Analysis

This study evaluated 274 Down syndrome educational videos from TikTok (144) and Bilibili (130) using established quality assessment tools, finding TikTok videos were shorter but had higher quality scores and more engagement. Healthcare professional-created content demonstrated superior quality compared to individual user content, though engagement metrics showed weak correlation with video quality.
