StudiuSindrom DownÎncredere bună

This cross-sectional study examined DYRK1A gene expression in individuals with Down syndrome and hypothyroidism, comparing expression levels across euthyroid and hypothyroid groups with varying autoimmune profiles. Results showed significantly elevated DYRK1A expression (6.33-fold) in DS with hypothyroidism, with distinct patterns emerging in early-onset non-autoimmune versus later-onset autoimmune forms of thyroid dysfunction.
