Caregiver Concerns for Children and Adolescents With Down Syndrome: A Cross-Sectional Study in Brazil

This cross-sectional study surveyed 117 Brazilian caregivers of children and adolescents with Down syndrome (ages 0-18) using the About My Child questionnaire to identify their primary concerns and impacts on daily functioning. Communication, school/community participation, and behavior emerged as the most frequently reported concerns, while functional limitations in arm/hand use, sleep, and hearing had the greatest impact on participation.
