StudiuSindrom DownÎncredere bună

This study evaluated whether parent-recorded home sleep videos scored with the Monash Score could serve as a low-cost alternative to polysomnography for detecting obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in children with Down syndrome. Results showed that combining the Monash Score with oxygen desaturation measurements improved diagnostic accuracy, with ODI3 >7 demonstrating the best individual performance for identifying moderate to severe OSA.
