Language and Executive Function Relationships in Adolescents with Down Syndrome and Fragile X Syndrome

This study compared language (grammar) and executive function abilities in adolescents with Down syndrome and fragile X syndrome using standardized assessments and experimental tasks. No significant group differences were found on experimental measures, though parent-reported executive functions showed larger differences between groups.
