Dermoscopic Examination of Generalized Lichen Nitidus in a Patient With Down Syndrome

This case report documents dermoscopic findings in a Down syndrome patient with generalized lichen nitidus, a skin condition that occurs with increased frequency in this population. The dermoscopic examination provided valuable diagnostic support, demonstrating the utility of this technique in improving clinical diagnosis of dermatological manifestations in Down syndrome.
