StudiuSindrom DownÎncredere înaltă

A multicenter case-control study found that 57% of children with Down syndrome had at least one nail disorder, significantly higher than controls, with brittle nails being most common. Nail disorders including Beau's lines, onychomadesis, and self-induced nail damage occur at elevated rates in Down syndrome, suggesting dermatological screening may be clinically useful.
