Medical Care for Adults With Down Syndrome: Systematic Review

This systematic review evaluates screening, diagnostic, and treatment interventions for co-occurring medical, behavioral, and mental health conditions (including anxiety and depression) in adults with Down syndrome. The analysis synthesizes evidence from randomized controlled trials and comparative studies to support updated clinical guidelines for this population across 14 clinical areas.
