Cerebral Neurovascular Coupling and Glymphatic Circulation Dysfunction in Children with ADHD

StudiuADHDÎncredere bună

This MRI study compared 66 children with ADHD to 41 healthy controls, measuring neurovascular coupling and glymphatic system function to understand neural mechanisms underlying ADHD symptoms. Results showed significant reductions in neurovascular coupling across multiple brain regions in ADHD patients, with a diagnostic model combining these markers and sleep duration demonstrating potential clinical utility.
