Immunosuppression in Down Syndrome Regression Disorder: A Prospective Observational Cohort Study

This multicenter study evaluated second-line immunosuppressive therapies (B-cell depletion, JAK inhibitors, and mycophenolate mofetil) in 126 individuals with Down syndrome regression disorder who showed partial response to intravenous immunoglobulin. All three treatment approaches produced symptomatic improvement on standardized rating scales, with data on comparative efficacy and adverse event rates provided.
