Supporting Neurodivergent Females with ADHD: Perspectives of Significant Others in University and Education Settings

This qualitative study examined how 11 significant others (parents, friends, colleagues, partners) perceive the strengths and support needs of females with ADHD in university and education careers. Findings identified that females with ADHD experience both positive and negative outcomes, with symptomatology affecting career goals, and significant others providing practical and emotional support through various strategies.
